At Sweet Roll Guild, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and that you’re happy with your purchase. Below you’ll find our return and refund policies. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at leader@sweetrollguild.com, we’re always happy to help!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you've ordered, but if something’s not right we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Mystery/blind boxes, trading card products, and other randomized products cannot be returned if opened.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We require using a trackable shipping service for your return.
All returns must be sent to 514 MAGARO RD, #85, Enola, PA 17025
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at leader@sweetrollguild.com.
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. A video of unopened package with clearly shown shipping label and unboxing will be required to prove damage, so please keep that in mind when receiving your shipment. We also film every order as it is being packed for you. We’ll replace the item, issue a refund, or work with you to find a solution.
Small manufacturer's defects are not considered damage.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened trading card products, blind boxes, or other randomized products

Damaged items within opened trading card products, blind boxes, or other randomized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

We do not accept order cancellations at this time.
