📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Once receiving cleared payment, we aim to process and ship your order same day to 2 days after placing your order. If your order is placed earlier in the day during our operating hours, there is a higher chance it will be shipped out same day. If order is placed after operating hours, we will not be able to ship until the next business day.
Our hours of operation are in Eastern Time.

Each tier has a Standard and Express shipping option, other than the free standard shipping at $100 and up.

Shipping rates vary depending on your state and order total. You’ll see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Shipped”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact your local postal service first, and then email us if you need help filing a claim.
We are not responsible if you have given us an incorrect address or other personal information that results in you not receiving your order.
